Just read that the Ford Flex is built on unibody car platform. Apparently the salesman was full of hooey - not unlike many of the Ford salesmen I've talked with this week. I may regret buying a Ford product, given the quality of Ford dealership employees. Too bad.

I had one as a rental for a week, mileage was not great, due to design it has a blind spot that is a bit large as you can sit quite low, not my cup of tea as for the price and mileage there are a lot more options.

I think it is based upon the Taurus drivetrain/underpinnings.

I like it, too. I wish it came with wood siding and in a nice tone that went with wood.

I wish they'd make one sort of Nomad'ish or surfer'ish...

I wonder how much it can tow?

DC car show is coming I am sure one will be there to crawl on. Last year it was on a rotating stage and I could not get into it.

I first saw it a LAST YEAR'S DC car show! Liked it from day one.
