My thought is you should have had heat BEFORE you mangled those nuts. Of course, I have better hindsight than foresight...
You can borrow my propane torch, but of course for the $15 you should just drive to Home Despot and but one. Peter

While you are at Home Depot, swing by Sears and buy yourself a set of outside extractors. Best thing since sliced white bread

These kids. I bought this cheepo set at lowes, just to get me out of a bind one day.

You need one of these (assuming the nuts are 13mm):

Mauled nuts in a tight place? sounds like a job for a Dremmel grinder with a one inch cut-of wheel. Or realistically, about half a dozen to ten wheels--you'll no doubt break several, but make a good deep cut--but not so deep as to badly scar the shaft of the stud, then a flat screw driver or cold chisel into the gap, a few taps to spread it, maybe another hit of the liquid penetrant, too. Either it will split, or unscrew. Done it lots of times, almost always on exhaust nuts.
