Dealer wants a signed CARFAX report
Curiosity killed the cat.
Does anyone know why a car dealership would ask for a buyer to sign a CARFAX report? I have had two separate dealerships ask me to sign and bring in a signed copy of the report on two separate occasions. In both instances the dealers are asking for me to sign the top of the page months after each car was purchased? I have not signed the reports and do not plan on it.
