Crest Realistically speaking ?@@?

So now that i got to drive my car for a good month, and no bad surprise happened except for front brakes in need of new disk instead of just new pads...

my concern is: What would it take or What do i need to do to get my car on the track? NOT for performance at all, just so i don't get another speed ticket.

what is the safety requirement and must for a DE inspection? (witch i think is what i should have to go on the track. Unless there is an other way).

I know the weather won't be good for must longer but if i keep the car can you guys tell me how to achieve that next goal.

Thank you all very much.
