It's most likely a bad relay or relay connection. The question is of course which one? A 1988 turbo has many that can cause a no start condition.

You may want to repost your question in the Pelican 930 forum. There are lots of DIY 930 guys in that forum that have been there, done that, with 930 no start conditions. Myself included.

As cmartin suggested in post #22 verify fuel, then spark. Or spark, then fuel. Your choice.
