Milkshake WYIT line items
Welp, after 6 years of 944 ownership, and just coming up on 125k the thing went all milkshake. I guess this is what I get for letting my PCA membership expire in Feb. I'm getting it towed down to Intersport this afternoon. You all have said good things about the guys down there, so its time to spend that tax return on some new bearings.
So, any recommendations for WYIT (while you're in there) repairs? That pesky seeping oil pan gasket will get repaired. Also thinking of throwing an oil pan baffle in since this thing will be seeing track time again. What else? If you were looking for a 944 for track use what would you want to see on the repair sheet for the car? I've thrown around the idea of parting ways for an air cooled 911 so i'm looking for things to do that will help w/ a future sale.
