Mike, come ahead.

David, will send you a email next week. Right now I might need some backup wood to the the rear high enough and a selection of nuts and bolts to hook up the to the engine stand.

I am using a 3/4" socket and a number of washers to hold my engine to the factory mounting studs. Assuming you have the Porsche specific mouting bracket.

Nope...I had a late night urge over my Christmas break to pull it out. Its sitting on the jack right now (still in the engine bay). Once my valve adjustment is complete and a few seals are replaced on top, its going back in (hopefully this weekend).

I am looking forward to the 16th. Help and intellegence sorely needed. Not necessarily in that order! :P

I hope to make it John, Still a little too early to committ.
Does anyone that's comming have a big @ss torque wrench.
I need to barrow one for a few minutes to do my axle nuts and ball joints.
I'll bring the car if if it's not raining, or if I finish getting my top on!
How about rear ride height wrenches. I might need them for a few days.

I hear that the weather is going a little South, or North depending upon your point of view. Temps may be in the 20s. Makes no difference, we are ON. The coffee will be hot and I will try to warm up the tools too. For those using Mapquest the address is 16812 Briardale Road, Derwood, MD 20855.

I should be able to swing by to get in the way. I have one of those kerosene space heaters I could bring on Sun or I could drop it off on Sat just in case I not there by 10 on Sunday.
