When should we drop that 3.0, RL? Want to discuss it over lunch tomorrow?

Do not pass go. Pick up a 3.6 from Dr Steve and be done with it.

He's already got a 3.6. And a 993 roller he can sell off. Then it's time for turbo flares on the SC.

That just plain old sucks. RL you've had a run of bad juju recently... I hope the bad luck is over, but just in case... be careful in China!

After speaking with a lot of experienced guys and shops, I think that the first suggestion on PP should prove fruitful (ie: replace the bottom studs only), although I can tell you, having borrowed Bill's OA setup, those buggers can be a pain to pull. Outside of the engine drop, I would guess a good weekend and you'd be back and running.

I agree completely with Mark, and IMO I think you could replace only the bottom studs and be back on the road before the first real snow storm arrives. You can have the SC up and running way before the first DE in March. Let me know when you plan on doing the engine drop.
