The only good reason to not backdate the heat.

The only time I wished I had AC is during summertime thunderstorms and you can't see otherwise unless you turn the blast furnace.

Wished I could make the wing windows open like the early cars.
Anybody do that?

There's a good chance you could get the window hardware from an early Targa and do this. As a coupe owned, I want to "backdate" to pop-open rear quarters.

And real music. Never fear the tunes will flow next season on the track.

'78 Jeep CJ-5 - bikini top / half tonneau cover - no windows .... heck no doors It was a Golden eagle too ... 3-speed stick, V8, great rig!

'84 Keep CJ-7 - same thing

'76 Targa - if top is off then windows are down. At any speed the windows up with targa top off you get the wind trapped by the rear glass - nice buffetting ear ringing noises

AC ... in a 911? what are you talking about.

For the follically challenged ... I understand about putting the top back on especially if you are travelling that always free of traffic route 66 on an August day, mid-day, trapped between multiple m-vans with soccer stickers all over the rear hatch.

Default topless, windowless

Ok, I don't know much about engine drops, but I do know about arriving at work with a good case of "targa head."

There are alot worse things in life than looking like Fearless Frightwig in the morning meeting. And this is the perfect time of year to get your sweetie a cashmere hat and scarf - in a contrasting color to your car of course - and enjoy the brisk fresh air!

Only, repeat - ONLY put the windows up if your heater can't keep up with your passenger's comfort level.

oh, yea...lose the fuzzy dice or send them to the guy in Texas with the V8 in the 911!

My brother had a sec...a..no..sorry-assistant that continuously begged me for a ride. All was fine untill she whipped out her old lady scraf and wrapped it arround her head like grandma used to do. I think she was thinking Marlow Thomas or something in "That Girl". I was thinking something else.

I think it made her day, but I couldn't get back to the office fast enough.

Jase, not a day goes by without wishing I had my CJ5 back.
