Snap on has them, but I see that they are "not available" on line. I have also purchased them from Mac Tools, but can't find them in their on line catalog. I'll look at the part # when I return to work on the 2nd. What is the application that you need them for?

This is apparently a requirement that the TORX manufacturer (Textron) puts on the distributors and what makes the fasteners "tamper proof".

Actually, those are TORX Tamper Resistant, not TORX Plus Tamper Resistant. The difference is they have 6 points, I need the "plus" version with 5 points. I'm going to try the easyout route.

What are you trying to fix. I have a set of short bits, and a very long one that is for removing Benz side view mirrors.
