Bob, here are directions for final neighborhood leg:

: Some people have gotten confused with our driveway. At the end of kenwood court you will come to a cul-de-sac. Take the driveway straight ahead but a little to the left. Continue going straight back into the woods. You will pass a house with a big iron fence. Continue on the driveway. You will come to a Y and bear to the left. We are up the hill a yellow and stone house.

I may be interested in those OMP seats also. I couldn't find anything limiting the seats age but have emailed the PCA Potomac lead Region Tech Inspector for approval just in case. Could you please give me a quote for both safety seats and the fire extinguisher?
