FWIW, Some trailers are rated total length not the enclosed box. If you want 18-20' inside, you might need to be looking for a 18-26' trailer (exposed tongue is usually 4-6'.) Just something to keep in mind when searching. Helps to be specific.
I found www.racingjunk.com to be the best place to look when I bought one.
