It is model QD3R250 (50250ft/lbs, 1/2" drive) if you purchased this on-line, with tax and 2nd day shipping, it would be 300. Comes with case.

I am local in DC and would deliver it ir meet locally. Would even bring it to the track if my schedule allowed one weekend.

It is. I have it listed on CL for 225, a PCA discount of some sort is in order, though.
