The clock is new. I think it will be shifted up to the top right corner in the near future.

Dan,

Your security settings may be too high, filtering out 'Active-X'.

Try setting your security and privcy settings to 'Medium'.

In Internet Exploder:

Tools-->Internet Options--Security (medium)

Tools-->Internet Options--Privacy (medium)

If using Netscape or another browser, try playing with those browser security settings.

You have to have the macromedia shockwave player or flash player installed to view the clock.

It should look something like:
