So, from the ad, how much "too high" is it? Is it a $9K car? $7K car? No horse in this race, just curious.

Last time I checked the 944 market, $6,500 was a top end for a very, very nice 944 n/a. I would add $1,000 to $1,500 for the S2 engine. And that assumes it's not leaking, good clutch and up on maintenance.

$7,500 - $8,000?

Maybe it really is a "survivor" and worth another $1,000. But unless things have changed, 944s are not investments.

There's a lot there for the money.
