I'm having some trouble installating a Sparco Pro2000 on the driver's side and a Sparco Evo2 on the passenger side of a '93 964. I'm using Brey Krause R9060 side mount brakets for the Pro2000 and BK R9061 brackets for the Evo2. Both on Sparco sliders SP493.
I've been able to install the sliders onto the factory floor mounts without any real issues. However, when I attempted to intall the Evo2, the left front bolster interferes with the center tunnel and the right shoulder bolster is rubbing badly on the upper door trim (I can get the door closed, but just barely). Thinking that the Evo2 was just too wide for the car, I've tried to put the Pro2000 in on the passenger side. Same interference with the center tunnel. When I bought the seats, the retailer indicated that they would fit. I've seen them in a number of cars at the track and on this site, but may be missing some details! For the immediate future, I'd like to leave the stock interior in the car. Any suggestions on things to check or to try would be appreciated. Thanks. |

I had the same problem with my Sparco evos ....the seats and sliders are good but the supposed 964 BK side brakets don't work as they are offset. Get the Sparco steel or aluminum symetrical brackets. Check with OG Racing they exchanged my "964"BK brackets for the needed ones. If I can locate the invoice I'll post the correct part number.
