Lexan Windshield Source?
Anyone have a good source for a Porsche Lexan Windshield? I have tried a few Lexan custom folks but they have not done a Porsche before. Surely there is someone around who has made these.
Picture below demonstrates the consequences of being a bone head and forgetting to fasten the hood clips before heading out onto the track! (Found a good source for a replacement carbon fiber hood - I never did like all that weight in glass and metal up front, now I have an excuse...)

Sorry about your car, John, but "we can fix it better than before!" (that "we" doesn't actually include me, BTW).
Dumb-ass gene was out full force. Few know it, but as I was packing up my car and pulling into a garage to do so, my drivers door swung open into the side of the garage door. No dent, just paint. @#$@^@#! Peter

i had no idea a hood flying up could do all that damage. how fast were you going when it popped?
