Who do you recommend for detailing and clear coat repair (swirls) today?

The guy that took over at HBL has set up a team that kicks ass. I saw him shine a real turd of a car up just today. It looked like it was fresh paint and it was towed in from under a pine tree. BTW I get nothing by making recommendations other than taking a risk that someone will get pissed at me. This does not constitute a recommendation just an observation. There are plenty of good detail shops.

I've used Wilder at America's Auto Detail, across from HBL, for several cars and have had other people go there as well. All with excellent results. Last time I was there, there were two other Porsches and a Lambo in there. His number is 703-442-0227.

Doh.. He just retired.

I do a full work over on the C2 Cab about once a year. I bought the Zymol kit when I first got the car. It's enjoyable to spend an afternoon under a tree doing the whole routine.. Most of time it's a 20 minute wash and it's ready to go again.

There is an American Detailer in Bethesda that has Loti, Bentley's, and an occasional Maybach out in front.
