Default Potomac Nov. 5-6 Event Info

Just a couple of notes regarding the event this weekend.
  • Please use the Shenandoah Circuit gate (about 100 yards from the main SPR gate).
  • A window for advance trailer drops has been arranged for 6:00pm - 8:00pm Friday. The track is rented for security training until 6:00pm; please do not arrive prior to our scheduled time. Everyone must sign the insurance waiver to participate in the trailer drop.
  • The coffee/danish sign-in will be held in the Break Room of the SC tower building.
  • Lunches will be served at The Silo, right across from the main track management building.
  • Happy Hour refreshments will be served near the tower.
Have Fun!

Default How was the weekend?

You're welcome!

How about a review of the weekend for those of us who couldn't attend?

Thumbs up

I had a great time. the weather was great. Everyone respected each other without incident. Except one Boxster by himself into the wall early AM. A lot was learned. Track was not as scary as some (including myself) thought. You had to work into it slowly and things worked out fine. I think the guy who lost it went at it too hard too early maybe (?). My first DE, so it's a newbie point of view. I felt smoother and safer by the end of the second day, so I guess I learned something. I'm hooked to DE..... Started saving my money already.
