I personally don't know any shops close to Leesburg, but

Auto Sportsystems Group (ASG)
Intersport
Autobahn

are all in Fairfax/Fall Church area.

Pitstop Performance and RPM are in Alexandria.

Chris Prack (well-known, and for the most part, well-regarded P-tech) is now working at Curry's in Sterling. Not sure how much experience he has in '80s 911s, though.
