If you don't find one you could always get a 22 mm bolt and double nut it on the threads.

Or an old fuel filter.....

One of the fixed ends is 22mm.

Default Gas Plug removal tool
I ended up removing the plug when I was removing all the suspension.
The rear lower shock bolt happens to be 22mm. Good thing to know in the future. BTW it should be handy all the time. No special trips to the hardware store necessary. I turned the bolt which was inserted into the plug with a pipe wrench. Thank's for the idea Doug. I'm sure I'll find a way to use it in many situations.
