Default Faux Racer

Thought I'd share some pictures of the racer I'm making for Linda - check the gallery! http://www.dorkiphus.com/porsche/viewtopic.php?t=737

Shh, it's a surprise for Christmas!

Now all I have to do is keep her out of the garage.

She'll be so glad she gave me the plasma cutter!

David:

Slap on a G series speedster windscreen, roll the fenders, and glue down the speedster hump / cab cover thing and sell it for $40k to some know-nothing-about-cars-type.

He / she will love their new speedster! Heck, tell them it is the new 997

And think of all the things you can do to a 356 with $40K ..... hmmm ... how about a high-butterfly 2.8 RSR engine ....

Jim:

Funny you should mention that... I happen to know where there is a fresh one for sale for about $11K. 270 + HP using 906 cams.... very tasty. 8)
