Who's got the community engine stand these days? If it is open and no one has any immedate plans for it I would like to throw some money in the pot to use it for a couple weeks during my SC project

So what the verdict with the motor?? Are you going to revive the SC, or are you going for the 914/3.0 transplant?

Eric - yes, I have the stand in my garage now and am planning on doing my drop soon ( ie, by the middle of November). Not sure who has dibs on it after me but I hope to be done with it by the middle of January.

Now for the rest of the wolves out there that smell blood, I will be posting details on the drop soon but right now I'm shooting for 11/15

Not exactly.......enigne is in the car, but I need to have the intercooler welded to fit the Carrera intake. We cut the intercooler a couple of weeks ago. We also need to set up the Motec. I'd love to be out there with this great weather.....

I think you jinxed us John. The rainy weather has my turbo garaged until all is clear again.
