Default Today's HPDC at Summitt Point

Hi all,

I had a great time with the 73E at Summitt Point. Here's the thread I started on Pelican Parts BBS:

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showt...hreadid=106231

Now I understand why this stuff can be addictive.

Richard, 7500 RPM Wow, now I want one of those long nose 911's. Glad you had a good time.

Hearing all these stories has the track juices flowing again. Can't wait to get the SC back together.

Your car looked great out there, Jim. Richard and I watched you for a while. Glad the bug has gotten you too. He and I are both doing the HPDC thing tomorrow, and I'm hoping for as nice a day.

Where is the freeking rev limiter on that thing . . . I would hate to see rods sticking out of your rear quarter panels

Glad the second time was a charm.

I agree. I'll need to investigate this before I wind up the 2.4L like that again. I also need to learn to keep better track of all the things going on around me while I'm driving with so much enthusiasm.

By the way, I enjoyed coming back for the Sunday session as a volunteer worker. Got to see a few of you guys in action. If you want to keep your reputations intact, I accept cash , money orders, and cashier's checks.
