Default Road course in Delaware???

A friend of mine said he has heard about a road course opening in Delaware (maybe near Georgetown?). I can't find anything on the web. Does anyone know anything about this?

Would be nice but I don't see it happening, even around Georgetown Airport. Too many houses and I am sure there would be locals NIMBY

South of Georgetown, near Laurel DE, is Delaware International Speedway, a dirt oval, that's been there for years. Also in conjuction with a dragstrip.

I wonder if they're adding a road circuit to the facility.

There's also Dover Speedway up north.
