It's not fair....
OK,
I paid my dues to PCA just to keep up with Potomac and DerV and I automatically get transferred to Citrus Region PCA.  Their newsletter can't hold a candle to DerV and team. I feel lost.

Not sure how big Citrus is, but it takes a large region like Potomac to support the cost of a mag like DV. Its a constant battle to keep up enough advertising revenue to cover the cost of production. Having a pro star editor in Richard, and another pro photographer like Michael Madrid plus great articles from members is an unfair advantage.
