Default Cost of a Tune Up?
My 88' 944 is in need of a little freshening up. What is the going rate for a minor and major tune-up?

Also, if the tranmission flush a dealer item or can local shops do it?

If you gotta ask, buy a Ford!

That is a hard question to answer without knowing more about the car. Plan on $2000 and be happy if it comes in under $500!

That terminology went the way of points and condensers. The way to do this now is to go to your mechanic with the service history and plan what you are going to do (or afford).
