I'm sure some of you have seen this car over the past few months, but this is an interesting option (all links are about the same 911). There seems to be some questions regarding the origin of the vehicle (though the consensus is ROW), and some issues regarding a paint job gone bad.

Any thoughts?

To many questions, to much $$. I’d pass.

Blank ID plate could be a big PROBLEM. Could be mounted inside out to hide something. 7”x15” front and rear cookies speaks to removing the good stuff to keep or sell separately.

Have you checked PCA Potomac’s monthly mag? ’84 Carrera ~$15K, mid year Targa with 3.2 about the same.
