Turns out that I had a bank of heads loosen up on my D class race car (stock 911SC) and as a result it blew the head gasket out of position which damaged one piston. Looks like we can clean the heads and jugs up, but I'm going to need to replace one piston. In a perfect world, I'd find a couple of jugs to go with the deal as well, but that's really less of an issue. The motor has relatively low miles (stock) and only two races on it and so I'm trying to avoid buying new Ps and Cs. The crazy thing is that I had some nice used ones sitting around in my garage for like 15 years and finally sold them last year because "oh, I'm never going to need those - i need to get rid of some of this junk" - dang it. Let me know if you can hook me up, or if you know someone who can. Thanks! -D.

You need to match the casting number inside the piston ie/ 95L67 or what ever it is.
There is a size number to match the cylinder 0, 1, or 2 found on the face of the piston and on the base of the cylinder near the triangle for deck height. Bruce |
