Jim McLeod "Type 954" passed away
This is Jim's wife Barbara. He spent so much time with you all I felt I needed to let you know of Jim's death. He has been having heart troubles for the last 6 months. After 2 tripe bypass surgeries, one in Jan and the other in March, his heart finally gave out. He loved communicating and sharing with you all. At some point I will post a HELP message to deal with ALL of the 914 and other stuff he has. It's always been a bit of a bugaboo for me but now I love every dirty greasy thing. Thank you for sharing your love of Porsches and especially 914s with him. It was his passion.

Hi, Barbara. We are all very sorry for your loss. Jim touched a lot of us over the years. I have been lucky enough to work with him at Tech sessions over the last 6-7 years, and to have known him for the past 15+ years.

Thanks for posting Barbara, just let us know what you need from us and we'll help you out with whatever you need to sell off of his vast collection.
It was a sad day for all of the people he's met, he made a good impression on all of us. I was/am happy to have known him for almost 15 years.
