WTD: refi source in MD
Looking for someone licensed to refi a house in MD (excellent credit, yada yada). I'd been dealing w/ an internet company in CA and they screwed up the appraisal (didn't actually measure the house, so they got the size wrong!) and I have little/no recourse though them so time to start fresh - possibly face to face.

I'm starting to work with Jim on my (hopeful) purchase and he's been great thus far.
Other recommendations would be Ed Duncan (also sporadically on the board; have heard good things but never used him), and Bob Sweredoski (in Rockville; I used him on a purchase and 2 refis and was pleased both times).
