Default And the verdict is in...

First off, I picked the car up today and it is AWESOME.

But, here is what happened...I took the car and the same list I posted here the other day to the mech in Nashville. He told me flat out that the list saved me tons of money from him not having to look at other stuff. So going off the list and our discussions he checked the cam timing first.
-He found that the cam timing was 5 degrees advanced. So he reset it and checked it and it was still off. He thought I had S cams in the car. I don't. So while he was resetting it again he noticed that the lower pulley moved. Sure enough the pin for the lower pulley had been come loose and the pulley was moving back and forth a few degrees. So new pulley new pin, reset the cam timing, and we are moving in the right direction.
-The other thing he found, and this one is totally my fault, and such a brain fart, but there was a vaccum leak, and not a normal vaccum leak. I checked the hoses for leaks but I didn't check the routing of all the hoses. Anyways, out the backside of the airbox is a small hole, and out the back of the intake manifold there is a hose the same diameter as the hole in the airbox. Yep I had the manifold hose going into the airbox which was totally screwing things up.

So now it idles and runs like a champ. I drove it home about 30 miles. I do have a bad rear wheel bearing so I need to get that replaced before I do any more driving. I thought I had one at the house but I only have front bearings so I'll have to order one.

But I am on the road again and stoked.

Thanks for all the help. I'll get a video and get it posted soon.
