Default 944s ARP Headstud Kit

Never installed because they do not fit a 944 N/A which is what I was trying to do. Special order so I could not return. $75 OBO.

If Hobiecat passes, I'm interested.

I'm curious....why didn't they fit? Part number looks correct for 944 n/a and I thought all the blocks and head thickness were the same.

Steve, That appears to be why they are wrong as the part number for an N/A is incorrect. The confusion appears to be SOHC verses DOHC. Basically, they are too long for N/A applications - the DOHC uses a longer headstud. Basiclally, I am going to ship these Hobiecat and ask him to confirm they are correct before he sends me payment.

Steve, I just check Pelican Parts and they carry the Raceway versions of these and they are different part numbers (944 N/A and 944T verses 944S). There is no detail on their sites as to the differences. So, what appears to be the problem is that ARP thinks they are the same and everybody else thinks they are different. Will go and look at the Raceway site for specs.

Just looked on the Raceway Website and they carry different part numbers for 944N/A and 944T verses the 944s.
