Default No HOA....I'm liking this one

I pass this house frequently and have always made note of the separate 5 car garage with its own driveway. The guy ran a roto-rooter type business and kept the cars in the extra garage. I noticed today that it's for sale. 9 car storage....hmmmm....I wouldn't need my shed any more....

It's a big piece of property, but off a somewhat major road. I passed by several times today (testing some suspension mods). There are a lot of really expensive houses still out here, but they come with a lot of land.

As a point of reference, it was assessed for $681,800 in 2008 ($179,400 for the land, $502,400 for the building).

And as an extra bonus, it's only a short drive from Summit Point!

Split heat pumps are cheap, easy to install and very efficient.

Since I'm not really going to move...yes, I can deal with anything.
