It is possible to make a linear fit to *any* set of data points - doesn't mean that there's actually a progression.

When plotting %change in lap times from HDPE vs time from HDPE the slopes (rate) are different and recognize that there is only 3 data points at VIR. This is not a thesis. What I meant by linear rate of progression was the concordance between -9.3% and -9.9% improvement in lap times since HDPE.
