Bump and reducing the price to asking $8k.

I have had some decent amount of work done at IMA since posting the car for sale with the intent on enjoying it until it sold. All work done by IMA in Chantilly.

Oil and filter change
Brake fluid flush
Timing and accessory belt replaced
Ball joints replaced
All wheel bearings repacked
Alignment
VA inspection [last month]
Odometer gear replaced soon after posting for sale [done by me]
Replaced the dash bulbs and repaired the reflective coating to improve brightness [done by me]

The 'gotcha' After driving the car back from IMA last month and parking it for an hour....it now refuses to start. It wants to start, but it just wont. You will need a trailer to get it home.

I have come to the stern realization that I simply don't have the time to wrench on it. That and I am taking a different approach with family and financial commitments. There are plans to jump back into the Porsche game, but having this one sit around unattended makes no sense.
