I looked at their website, and there is no indication that they are a 501(c)(3). Their website's "Donate" page is a bunch of placeholder text from the webpage template. The Donate button in the upper right is a link to a Venmo page with no documentation of their actual charity status.
No listing on Charity Navigator.
While the cause they appear to support is a good one - there are also cases where people take advantage of peoples' patriotism or support for first responders to enrich themselves. Even the Wounded Warrior Project has had its troubles:
