Do the black ones appear to rust easily? If it was a simple black oxide coating they'd get ugly in a hurry. I'd hope Porsche is using some sort of black cosmetic coating over some other rust preventative coating.
You have 8 you want to get rid of? I'm going to cut them down to 30-35mm so they can be ugly on the far end where they were threaded in the uprights originally.

The black-coated bolts don't seem to rust very easily. I have some that were on the car for a couple of years and still look nice.

I went and checked the "stash". I pulled out the 8 nicest-looking zinc bolts for you. I have 4 black oxide bolts that would work, since they are full-thread. The other black oxide bolts are only partially threaded, so they probably won't work. And, the other zinc bolts look like your second pic, but not quite as bad.
