I put the new pads on this weekend. Took 2 hrs for the first side. Less than 45 mins for the second side. Learned a couple tricks to the trade in the process.
I used what looked like the better of the two sets of pads they sent me. The one I used had half inch of more material. The other set is in a box with a shipping label Vertex emailed me. I still need to drop it off at the UPS store.
I think there would have been good karma either way, giving away what I could have kept.
