Alarm? Maybe small enough drain sitting for a month. WUR is a bit like a fancy choke IIRC. Its what helps the CIS cars start better when cold. On my SC, the WUR was starting to go. The car would restart fine, but if it sat for a while or was really cold, the first start would take 5-7-10 attempts. Just a thought.

So.. maybe the battery is just a touch low or you aren't getting enough fuel / fuel pressure to allow a start.
