Does anyone know of BMW mastertech on the level of Vicegrip that they recommend?

My engine mounts are shot - pretty certain of it since upon doing my oil change I could easily rock the engine back and forth with my bare hand AND the idle vibration is worse than probably any of the latest lithium charged adult toys turned all the way to max.

I usually do this kind of stuff on my own but given the right quote and craftsmanship level I'd be willing to possibly try someone else given the holidays are pretty hectic for me this year.
