I'd check/ask on Early S Registry. Like Vicegrip says, the information in these is pretty much free at this point. So I'd speculate that any value they have is in that they exist and are official "Porsche Factory Manuals" for guys that geek out on old Porsche things. I'd bet someone would buy these for the same reason they buy old Porsche advertising and other things. They put them in their garage next to their $150,000 impeccably restored 1971 911S and it completes the whole picture.
