In this case, he did not. When I spoke with him, he said someone came over to buy something else and decided to buy the tank as well,
after I had made my "I'll take it" post. Further evidence is his post after my post, stating when/where it could be picked up -- he would not have made that post if it had already been sold, or if there was a prior claim on it.
