Kind of chewing up I Group, aren't you?

Chewing?
So my line through there and the reasons are as follows:
After 5 throttle until you land after cresting the bump. A touch of brake to settle the car. Way less than one probably thinks. The hill will catch you. (in my video Jason nervously laughs the 1st time I was able to do this because it feels too fast, but the hill caught us) Run up the inside of 6 pretty tight with the intention of getting the nose pointed left a bit. Before cresting the hill, force yourself to add lots of throttle and "jump" over the crest. I like to hear my tires "farting" on the curbing. The goal is to start this little pseudo straight asap by going full throttle before cresting the hill. Stay on the throttle and bend the car toward the left edge of the track entering 7. The goal is to maximize the time on the throttle and then have a straight approach to 7 so you can brake LATE and straight. Brake and again try to brake less than you want to so there is still enough braking needed left to tuck the nose as the radius tightens before 8.
IMO the alternate line that is wider in 6 and 7 does not allow for as much entry speed into 6 or 7. It has more time neither on full throttle nor full brake, and it offers less room to gather up the car before going agrarian if things don't go to plan. I believe that the wider line was the norm last fall, but seems to be loosing popularity.
FWIW I am on Sumitomo Street tires. I think they have 5 weekends on them and a remarkable amount of tread left.
