X3 on Behe but consider that what he does may be different from what you're expecting. He has a dynamic dyno, that can check HP/torque at various levels and ranges, not just with a standard pull. It hooks directly to your wheels, and enables him to do much more efficient dyno tuning. Sure, he can do a regular dyno run, but he can do much more.

If you had a DME, he could emulate a chip so can make rapid changes while the car is on the dyno. On my race car, he found multiple issues including a board that didn't match the DME box, and a chip that didn't match the board or the DME (or my engine), and burned me a new custom chip.

He also found issues with my injectors, fuel pressure regulator, wires, and more. Parts were not cheap and labor was typical P-car range. Chip bought me 15 HP. The other stuff another 7 HP. Total increase >10%!! Yes, it is noticeable.
