I finally finished the drivers door.

I mounted the mirror and window controls over the speaker opening (thanks to a tip from Ryan ). Ground off some plastic with a Dremel from the window switch panel and epoxied both control assemblies to a piece of Kydex. I used the existing speaker bolt threads to connect the panel to the door.
