Are you looking for a filter that is easier to change / cheaper or are you concerned with how clean the oil is actually getting? If it's the later you could always consider adding a bypass filter. Never seen one on a sports car but they are a pretty big deal for the diesel and equipment guys. Just a quick example from a google search
