Based on the tear in the driver's side bolster, I'd say those seats, if clean, would be worth around $600-800 in a good market. The 15" fuchs are desirable, though not as much as the 16" variants found on the '86 turbo. TR probably knows better what these would go for.
It's also got a new expansion tank, which are pricey little buggers. You could get a decent amount for this, say $100. The floor mats, if in good shape, could get a few bucks. The steering wheel is semi-desirable but looks to be in bad shape so not much value there. The dash, if in good shape (no cracks, even) could get you quite a pretty penny.
Then, of course, the motor would get you $500. So I could see you being able to offset the cost of the car if you really wanted to part it.
