Another option would be to put a piece of a 10mm allen in a 10mm impact socket.

I made a long 10mm (I think) for the barrell nut on the starter.
The weld broke last week so the 2 piece are apart again.

I have a 3/8th. assumption is that it will not do the job. The write up specifically calls for a 1/2" and a 150lb torque wrench.
