Plenty of guys have had good experiences at this shop. And many have unpleasant experiences there. Both are allow to voice their opinions equally here - this isn't Rennlist or Pelican parts where you're not allowed to talk negative about an advertiser.
It's customer service 101 - if you don't want people bad mouthing you, don't give them ammo to do so.
